Actually, it's 9 FAIL. 5 did PASS, I must have got lost in skimming
through all the reports of missing files. Added rarian as a dep (better
than a sed to make it build, since one of the sk- programs has been
required for many years) : I guess at some point that was wrongly
converted to gtk-doc, which was then dropped.
Fixed in r11808
