#3468: Possible addition to 7.4 Errata

There is a command in dev LFS to modify Glibc's configure so that it can
use Make 4.0 - specifically:
{{{
sed -r -i 's/(3..89..)/\1 | 4.*/' configure
}}}
I suggest that this be mentioned in the Errata for 7.4, due to the number
of users who have host systems with Make 4 on it.
