#4445: Rename /tools

A discussion came up in lfs-support "[lfs-support] Potential damage of
$LFS/tools setting in section 4.2 and 4.3 of LFS book.".
Within that thread, one said that newer Ubuntu/Debian distros do use
/tools. This collides with our naming.
1) Analyze if its true that they use /tools
2) If yes, rename our /tools to something else
Suggestions made: /lfs_stage1, /lfs_tmp_toolchain or simply /lfs
