Version 2.1.2
This release is not a critical release.
- A few codes were added to history.
- Multiplication was optimized a bit more.
- Addition and subtraction were both optimized a bit more.
Version 2.1.3
This is a non-critical release; it just changes the build system, and in
non-breaking ways:
- Linked locale files were changed to link to their sources with a
relative link.
- A bug in configure.sh that caused long option parsing to fail under
bash was fixed.
