This is a production release meant to fix warnings in the Gentoo `ebuild`
by
making it possible to disable binary stripping. Other users do *not* need
to
upgrade.

This is a production release. It fixes a bug that caused `-1000000000 <
-1` to
return `0`. This only happened with negative numbers and only if the value
on
the left was more negative by a certain amount.

This is a production release with changes to the build system.
