The old i18n patch can not be applied cleanly. I rebased the patch but
the rebased patch breaks the upstream fix for
[https://debbugs.gnu.org/cgi/bugreport.cgi?bug=38627 bug 38627]. So I
replaced `xmemcoll` with `memcmp`, like the upstream.
The new patch has been commited into lfs-patches as
coreutils-8.32-i18n-1.patch.
