Using objdump -x shows that the second build is linked to libtextstyle.so

'''Question''' What does bison use this for? Actually, it seems it is to
add the possibility of translated messages in bison sources. Is it useful?
OTOH, moving gettext to be built early does not seem to have adverse
effects.
