iana-etc is now on github:
https://github.com/Mic92/iana-etc/releases
This will require changes to Chapter 6 instructions and the currency
scripts. It appears to be updated quite often, so treat it like vim and
after update, keep this ticket in the hold category and update, at a
minimum, just before stable LFS releases (at -rc1).
