When I was testing the new build, I tried to run the tcl tests, and they
did not run to completion (one test hang).
Also there is a separated tcl documentation tarball that is installed in
blfs. We should move it to lfs if we remove tcl from blfs.
For expect and dejagnu, I do not think there are differences in the lfs
and blfs builds, so they can be removed from blfs.
Also there is a question of where in chapter 8: I think glibc tests do not
need it, and it may be a good idea to have tcl link against the chapter 8
glibc.
