* Fix the capsh == argument handling and add a test case
* Add support for libpsx.so building
* Documented reason libpsx exists with an example of the class of
exploit it protects against
* Cleaned up man page
* Added build support for systems that do not support libpthread (make
PTHREADS=no ...)
* Added build support for not building shared libraries (make SHARED=no
...)
