Of the competing standards out there, which is most likely to actually play in an older stand-alone dvd player for a TV (not a computer DVD drive)? I have the ability to burn in +/-r if single layer, or +r if dual layer. Many of the movies I have are over 4.7 GB so they are dual layer and the older/cheaper DVD players play them fine, yet I have read that +r could be problematic compatability-wise.
