Hi, I never use irc so I have no idea what it is like on the LFS irc channel. As a result of my years of promoting lfs as an excellent learning experience a fellow consultant is giving it a try. He is a professional programmer of significant background. He logged into the lfs irc to ask a simple question and someone there was a total dick.
