Hello I hope im sending this e-mail to the correct
person.
Im wanting to make my own linux from scratch Because
it all ways seems like i have trobule from one distro
to another.
Now dont take that the wrong way and say "well it
seams that linux is not for you", I love linux, dont
know why thow.
It is that i keep haveing little problems that i cant
fix cause i dont know any thing about the shell
commands in linux, Or how linux operates, basicly just
able to use it, but i am learning some.
And i do have some cool ideas that i would like to do
with linux, and the only way i can think to do it is
make my own L.F.S.
So I realy need a "PRINT FRIENDLY" version of the
latest book on LFS, all the way to the desktop and
then some.
I know Little in programing. I am able to read and
some what understand C++ code, But i dont know it's
enviorment, linking, compileing, all that stuff.
I mostly use Visual Basic 6.
But the book would need to teach me about the linux
shell commands first, at least i think so. I say that
because I dont know what is in the process to make
your own LFS.
If you can help me I would be very grate full.
And if you know somebody that would be intersted in
helping me along the way some, and keeping up with my
progress and let me know about the latest of this and
that I would be thankfull.
