I am just setting up a machine to start building a network enabled installation of a distro based on LFS. Like Bennett, I am intending to use PXE. I have a number of 3c905Cs and 3c905Bs. For the 3c905Bs I'll be using a boot disk from which I might build a boot rom. The 3c905Cs have PXE built in. There's a good guide about how to make ISC dhcpd boot PXE clients. I don't have it to hand right now, but google should be fairly forthcoming.
As for packaging I'm intending to use (and extend) epkg. Let us know how you get on. Regards, @ndy -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.ashurst.eu.org/ -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/lfs-chat FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/faq/ Unsubscribe: See the above information page
