No, I haven't been seeing this  problem.
I have, with other lists, seen the messages, and found
out that they were actually phishing attempts rather
than real bounce messages from the list.
[ a gnu list that even after ignoring a bounce message
would continue to sennd email was my first rap upside
the head on that one :-p ]
