Hi. I'd like to know how distros solved problems with uninstalling packages which changes some configuration files. I'm writing some semi-automatic packager and like to know how could i make it work with configuration files. I've seen debian made some something.d directories for configs. But donno if it works always, and which packages need such a thing.
