After a *very* long "I'll get a round tuit" I have finally released
sigma-consolefonts-0.5 (the 'ellipsis' release). Anyone on this
list who is interested can pick them up from
http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/~ken/fonts/sigma-consolefonts/
: there is actually a README file in that directory, but I've given
up trying to understand what I need to do to make regular files (as
distinct from tarballs) at LFS actually appear in firefox, so I'll
point to it now, at
http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/~ken/fonts/sigma-consolefonts/README

The rest of the world will probably pick it up from
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/zarniwhoop/consolefonts/sigma.html
which has an almost, but not quite, unreadable gif for people who
have built X and therefore probably don't need more console fonts.

At least, they might try to download it if I can remember how to
update the page on freshmeat 8-(

Main changes since the previous release:

o 'g' corrected.

o Defaults corrected to /usr/local.

o Double-quotes corrected.

o Reshaped ð (eth).

o Corrections to some of the example alphabets.

o Applied patch from Adam Sampson to correct the bdf file so that
bdftopcf will work with the bdf font - if I add any more glyphs in
the future, I'll probably break that again because I no longer
build bdftopcf or some of its dependencies, so get it while it's
(I hope) good ! ;-)

thanks to Bruce for remarking on the trac changes and prompting me
to test if I could read them - I don't normally use the console very
much after xorg is installed.
