If it was up to me (it's not),  I would argue against maintaining more
then one version of KDE 4 in the book at once, and instead would
suggest updating the existing KDE4 chapter.  I don't believe we have
many packages that depend on KDE4's libraries outside of KDE, so
package breakage would be minimal.

I believe that the blfs development team is looking at ways to keep
the book maintainable as well.  I think we currently have 2 KDE
groups,  those who want a KDE3 experience, and those that want a KDE4
experience.  I get the feeling that the KDE group is a smaller group,
and I doubt there will be many benefits offering them both KDE 4.6 and
KDE 4.7 in contrast to the maintenance/size costs.
