Most of the changes in 1.68.1 are in the FO stylesheets. Many hardcoded values
and properties has been moved to parameters and some new parameters has been
added to make more easy to customize the look. But the default values aren't
good for our book layouts and don't play nice with our current PDF stylesheets.

Our PDF stylesheets must be rewrited to can use 1.68.1. I think that is better
to do that migration after BLFS 6.0.
