I've finally managed to catch up with all your suggestions! Thanks a lot for taking the time to find and report them. I've not acted on all of them though, and some of them I took the liberty of slightly rewording. This is controlled by the stylesheets that process the XML sources of the book, rather than being editable by us directly. This means that such a change would affect the whole book, not just the link you pointed out.
