That don't seem to me very appropiate, due that aren't host requiremts, but 
final system requeriments. You need  OpenSSH/OpenSSL instaled on a Raq2 
server to can login and admin the system.

And may have changes on the installation commands. For example, now in RaQ2 we 
are allowing root logins.
