Note that only Chapter 6 is valid there now (that's why "preview").
TODO:
Add missing downloads to Chapter 3, fix Changelog. For now, please look
into the utf8-newmake livecd branch for uncertain download locations.
Fix package sizes and times.
Add kernel patch to Chapter 8.
Reread the book again.
