Tushar, I'm busy with the GCC-4 work right now. Could you write an RFC (using a new subject thread) to suggest this package as a replacement for FAM? It would be easy enough for me to shut down my KDE desktop, de-install FAM, install Gamin and fire up KDE to see how it uses it. All I would have to do is fire up KDE and open a Konqueror file-manager window and I'd know if it works.
