I'm prepared to have another round on building LFS --> BLFS I got a new HD ready to install FC4 as host. But this thread gives me a shock. Then I searched Internet for an ideal host building LFS and found follows; Mankdrake Slackware Knoppix etc. and Ubuntu on this thread Of the abovementioned I neither have experience on Slackware nor Ubuntu before. According to my search Slackware 10.2 is recently released http://slackware.com/getslack/torrents.php I shall download; Installation ISO disc 1 Installation ISO disc 2 (linux-2.6.13, KDE, KDEI, TEX) to have a test. Is there any other recommendation? OR is there any opinon on this newly released Slackware 10.2.
