After some lengthy discussion on IRC with Ryan Oliver our approach will
be changing somewhat. We will still be re-investigating the build order
and alphebetizing where possible, but our approach and methods will
likely be changing. When I have a clearer idea on exactly what the
approach will be, I will mail the list about it.

Chris will likely also have some details to fill in.

Lastly, I will probably rename the current branch to something that
isn't as stringent and misleading as 'alphabetical'.
