Does anyone periodically do system clean-up on Belg? Are there
cron jobs that are set up to do automated clean-up?

I noticed there are files in /tmp that are over 4 months old. Not
that this is the reason for today's hiccup, I'm just wondering if
anyone is tasked with system-admin related responsibilities.
