As has been discussed before, and most agreeing, the verbiage in the
LFS book that "recommends" using the package user hint should be
removed. No offense against Matthias, but there is *so* many issues
with this and it is something that is controversial to say the least.

Can we please remove the "recommendation" that the package user
hint be used? Or, can it be put in the book with better instructions
that actually work?

This was just recently discussed on {B}LFS-Dev and it was determined
by the majority that we shouldn't be recommending any package
management system.
