Cross-lfs uses bootstrap for the target systems native compiler.

Ahh, so it does. Well, then by current comparisons LFS is at 5 GCC builds and CLFS is at 6. Still, I wonder what the time difference is when taken on the same machine. I bet it's not that far off.
