I think we should only backport the patches that we need to stop any
show stoppers.  This -fno-unit-at-a-time bug obviously is blocking the
LFS build, so this patch should be added immediately.

My vote is to backport fixes for all critical-in-upstream-opinion bugs that lead to wrong code generation.
