When building automake, if libtool is present 29 more tests of the
total 567 are run.  Here's the results in each case:

w/out Libtool:
=======================================================
All 504 tests behaved as expected (3 expected failures)
(63 tests were not run)
=======================================================

w/ Libtool:
=======================================================
All 533 tests behaved as expected (3 expected failures)
(34 tests were not run)
