It was, but I don't remember the resolution (and I don't see a URL to the thread). I'm in the process of merging udev_update. If this change is to be reverted, it will have to be after the merge. And just my 2 cents: 1) GDBM is perfectly valid (and maybe preferred?) for this purpose, but I don't like system libraries being optional. 2) I don't like the BLFS removal of BDB (though I understand it) because them I can't see if a package can use GDBM or BDB instead of just one or the other. -- Archaic Want control, education, and security from your operating system?
