Oh well, some userspace apps do need intimate kernel knowledge, there's no way around it for now. Linus should at least find some middle way to get glibc to build without relying on distros hacking the headers themselves, each one in a different fashion. Users shouldn't have to suffer for some extreme ideology. Gah, my 2c
