bus position (1) or why you would want to (3). Some googling
and info from gregkh (2) provided answers.

Would you mind putting this issue in Trac [0] please? If there's a
reason you'd rather not do that I'll either a) fix the issue that
prevents you from doing so or b) do so on your behalf. That way, myself
and other editors don't have to keep track of individual emails to
ensure bug reports have been dealt with.
