Hmm, strange.  It works fine now.  Nothing arcana was resolving last 
night for me around 11:30ish CST...might have been a little earlier, but 
the link that Dan posted is where I grabbed it from.

Actually, those shown on the Linux-PAM page are shown only as an 
example.  There is no instruction to actually use the example, though 
there was at one time.  The first set of user input instructions is the 
block that creates /etc/pam.d/login.  One of the two pages needs to be 
modified.  I'll bug it in a second and get it fixed as soon as I have 
the tools installed.  Now, the opinionated question?  Keep all the pam.d 
files on the Shadow page, or modify the text surrounding the first 
'other' file so that it's not an example and show only the /etc/pam.conf 
file as an alternate example?
