I need to get some discussion about putting this into 6.3.  I was going
to release 6.3 final in the next two days.  Do we need to do an rc-3?
Can we just put this in and release?  Should it be postponed to 7.0?

I would also appreciate links to the problems reported on the list.  Thanks.
