Yes, same here.

I updated links to 2.1pre33.

Karel, I would appreciated it if you could have a look at the
instructions [1] and provide feedback if any. Or any other configuration
item or whatever you think it's good to have it in the book.
I enabled graphics support by default.
I also checked the caution note by Alexander and I still see the same
behavior that he describes.

Dj, we have to either update libpng to 1.2.25 or patch 2.1.18.
