Yeah, this is actually a pretty good way to look at it. Gerard asked me to compile a list of current suggestions that have been made in these threads so that no ideas get lost. I was thinking to make a wiki page somewhere in the current LFS Trac, formatted in such a way that it is easy to see them at once. I haven't started it yet, and may not get a chance to do it until tomorrow.
