I had used Alexander's specs as a jumping off point for creating an RPM-based distro after I realized that I wanted far better package management than what I was doing with a bash tool I'd written. Anyway, everything is here: http://pound.dwcab.com/repo/ http://gitweb.dwcab.com/?p=pound.git;a=summary The bootstrapping method is basically exactly as Alexander has described it. There are definitely bugs, but it seems to work mostly well (if you're on an x86 and your hardware is exactly like mine :) I hadn't actually been really running it, though, as I'd mostly been repackaging from my old spec files. -- Dan -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/lfs-dev FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/faq/ Unsubscribe: See the above information page
