I didn't know how many places each entity was used so I didn't change it.  It's
really kinda esoteric though.  The only ones that need to change this are
editors and it's really pretty obvious what should be changed.

The problem is that the book changes a lot more frequently than the boot scripts
or udev config files.  I really don't think that it is a good idea to roll the
scripts often.  They should reflect the contents of the tarballs, not the date
of the latest svn.
