That depends on what level of correctness is being sought:
- correct for the book
- correct for linux in general

However, importance != correctness and this does not rank high on
importance. I have no strong feelings either way. I personally only use
bash as my system sh, but was unfamiliar with other sh-compatible
shells. I know several years ago we made a concerted effort to make our
bootscripts sh-compatible so the precendence for accepting that bash
isn't the only choice has been made.
