LFS is using --disable-decimal-float, --disable-threads, and, --disable-libgomp with gcc pass 1. I've noticed that if I do not use these options the build of gcc pass 1 will be much longer.
I would like to know what affect these options have on building Glibc. Is there zero advantage to building decimal-float, thread, or gomp support in gcc pass1? robert
