What I did was add a new section to each package's dependencies in Appendix C and incorporate the data in the ticket plus a couple of other things I was aware of. What I did *not* do is go through each package to analyze what dependencies beyond LFS each package could possibly use. If anyone comes across a dependency not mentioned in Appendix C for an LFS package, please open a new ticket to address that issue.
