I suspect it's because the package was renamed expect5 instead of 
expect-5.  IIRC, the same problem existed with tcl8.

I think the problem may be in common/urls.xsl where an option needs to 
be added similar to the tcl option at line 87.

For a work around, try editing jhalfs/lfs-commands/chapter05/040-expect
and s/$PKGDIR/expect5.45/

I had a version of LFS around without tcl or expect installed and ran 
the BLFS version of the build commands for both.  tcl had the long time 
httpold error and expect passed all tests.
