Yep, I am experiencing the same with LightCube OS. About 4 seconds to login prompt, including starting up sshd, fcron, nginx and php-fpm. I was curious how it compared to Fedora, so I built a _minimal_ fedora system using the same virtual machine settings - no gui, no added servers to start. It took 16 seconds, and most of that is in the bootscripts/systemd. I've also found that startup time is increased even more if you have a smaller shell like dash be your sh for the bootscripts and just use bash for the login shell.
