There was also a discussion of putting a ldconfig instruction at some place
near the end of chapter 6. I tested it removes the difference between
ld.so.cache iteration 1 and 2 of ICA. For my tests, I put it at the end 
of 6.61. Vim-7.3,
but it must be possible to find a better place.
