What we seem to have here is a difference of opinion about style. The organization of either style will work. Since no one else has had enough interest to comment, I'm going to press on.
Your comments have been quite useful in my review of the scripts and I do think the changes that they generated are a positive step forward. You are, of course, free to implement for yourself whatever you want.
