True that the overall change in instructions seems minor and we are still
doing a very similar process with ch5.  I just think the way we are doing
it is a a big deal and worth more than a minor version.  Not enough to make
a huge stink over it or anything.  I'll defer to your judgement, of
course.  Just a thought.
