I think something like this might be the case. I encountered lots of interesting symbols when i opened it in vim. They were mostly associated with : ‘ and “. I’ve just sent it again and we’ll see how it works. If it’s not in 7-bit ASCII, I’m gonna have to figure out how to change it in vim.
