It's not come up before, but I was able to add a configuration item to
enable deletion of tickets. Ticket #3733 has been deleted, but I'm
afraid that the mailing list and it's mirrors will retain the message
about it. Deleting a message in the mailing lists on higgs can be done
but it's not a trivial thing to do.
I saw that you marked the message invalid, but I never received the
original. google marked it as spam.
