I found an online version, but (a) I don't have the time to get back
to it (too much change in BLFS to keep up with), and (b) to the
extent I use it, I use latex variants - preferably those which can
sanely handle UTF-8 (xelatex for preference, although context looks
both interesting and also totally different ;-)
